World leaders and dignitaries will assemble in Berlin Nov. 9 to attend a ceremony marking the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev are a few of the event's scheduled speakers.
